We try to provide allergen free meals when requested, but due to the presence of allergens in our kitchen, we cannot be certain that our attempts to prevent cross contamination are 100% successful.  

We will do our best to prepare the gluten free items described above, however, they are not certified as gluten-free.  We do not operate in a gluten-free facility.  Some cross-contamination may unduly occur.
