This isn't a role where you inherit a fixed menu and tick boxes. You'll bring your own ideas, shape the direction of our kitchen, and have the creative freedom to evolve what we put on the plate — while leading a small, tight-knit team who care as much as you do.
We believe in growing the people in our kitchen, not just the covers. You'll mentor your team, develop your leadership,
and have real ownership of how the kitchen runs — from food costs to cabinet offerings to outcatering.
